Most daycares finish creating their profile and configuring their first waitlist in 15–30 minutes. After you submit your claim, we verify ownership within 2 business days before the listing goes live.
Yes. Today this is a manual process — you can paste rows in or upload a CSV through the in-app waitlist import tool, and we'll map the columns to children, parents, and priority fields. Automated migration from specific waitlist providers is on the roadmap.
We comply with PIPEDA, Canada's federal privacy law for personal information. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, and access to daycare records is scoped to the daycare's owners and staff with the appropriate permissions. See our privacy policy for the full details.
Not yet — built-in CWELCC reporting is on the roadmap. In the meantime, you can export your enrollment and waitlist data as CSV to feed into your existing reporting workflow.
